Accomplishments (what did we accomplish in the last period?)
* Completed stakeholder interviews and e-mail surveys
* Compiled final survey results
* Performed analysis of Mac OS X casetracker cases July 2001-March 2002
* Finalized peer school review, vendor application status, and support timeline
* Compiled data, wrote, edited, and published final report
* Held wrap up meeting on April 2, 2002
* Reviewed draft of completion announcement
* Completed two team member performance appraisals

Goals (What are we planning to accomplish in the next period?)
* Finish team member performance appraisals
* Receive feedback from sponsor on recommendations
* Send completion announcement

Have there been any developments that may impact the scope or
schedule?
* "Tying up loose ends" of the report (data gathering, interim
reviews of recommendations and report content, etc.) took much longer
than anticipated.
* Team members became less available after the forum and the large
volume of work required to do the survey. We experienced a
significant lull from then on As one member put it, "the work for
the survey and the forum used up all the time I had set aside for
this project". Many had planned to be done by mid-February and had
to attend to other projects after that.

Do we need any additional information from the client, stakeholders,
sponsor?
We are awaiting a response from the sponsor.

Issues/Key Learnings
* Timeline was too ambitious and once it slipped many team members
were no longer available
* Survey took much energy and time - could have used outside help
* Wish we had taken Jag's advice and started the report when we began
the project. :-) since data gathering and loose ends seemed to take
a long time to finish.
* Perhaps it's the scope of this project, but it seemed like there
was always one more place to check for information or one more person
or team to check in with.
* Apple's change to shipping machines that booted into Mac OS X as
default took energy away from discovery work in January and February
to deal with customer communication and help desk readiness issues.

Team Dynamics
Still an excellent team. I enjoyed working with them! They worked very hard.
