- Project kickoff meeting (1/8) with the team, sponsor, and the
Discovery co-process leader.
- Created a Project Notebook.
- Discussed the team norms and meeting times.
- Created questionnaire for the Parking Coordinators.
- Discussed the interview process for visiting the coordinators.
- Began some of the interviews.
- Contacted other universities for the peer institution survey.

- Complete the interviews and write up the notes.
- Summarize the information gathered from all the interviews.
- Review the peer institution information.
- Schedule a focus group meeting for the Parking Coordinators.
- Schedule a meeting with our present software provider, McGann.
