Accomplishments Past Period:
Finished external environmental scanning activities
Finished internal environmental scanning activities
Produced a list of preliminary recomendations based on survey results
Started exploring issues surrounding recomendations.
Produced list of existing Linux software (and mapped to comprables
for Mac/Winfdows)
Explored linux software licencing issues.
Goals for Coming Period:
Meet with sponsor
Continue explore issues surrorunding preliminary recomendations
Produce finalized list of recomendations which includes
a support statement
a support plan
Produce discovery report
Issues:
The winter holidays have us delayed by about two weeks now.
Interviewing and holding meetings was challenging due to vacations and
the flu season. The goals may be a touch optimistic, but we're making
progress.
