Accomplishments of the past period:
Our first meeting as a team was held on 2/23. The main focus of the
meeting was a presentation by the vendor that was selected in May 2000 to
provide cable television services. Several issues that came up after the
presentation will be handled in smaller group meetings.
Prior to this meeting, the Project Leader met with one of the sponsors to
better define the desired outcome and schedule of the project.
Goals for next period:
Convene the team following the smaller group meetings to see if there are
any lingering issues before moving forward.
Issues:
It is still difficult to get all group members together at the same
time. One member could not make the first meeting and will have to be
brought up to date.
