Accomplishments Past Period:
- met with Alicia and Greg to revisit scope and priorities. There was some
shifting from our original plan
- attended session with tooltime team to provide input to a brainstorming
session on all the different things that do/should get tracked in
Casetracker and interact with Casetracker.
- made contact with the appropriate financial folks to begin conversations
about the financial pieces of the installation puzzle. The financial and
billing pieces had previously been entirely out of scope, but now there's a
desire to revisit that and perhaps put some financial pieces in scope
Goals for Coming Period:
- expand on Casetracker brainstorming items and provide tooltime team with
a more complete set of needs for their consideration as they continue to
plan the next release of Casetracker
- talk to Cecilia to explore the financial questions
- check in with the Gang of Three (Roger, Dennis, Nate)
- pull all project notes and recommendations together in a more share-able way
Key Learnings:
- the scope shifting and various differing opinions on this project have
certainly made things challenging. However, I now feel things are starting
to come together.
