Good morning,
I'd like to confirm that Magellan will meet tomorrow as part of its
normal schedule.
Please submit your bi-weekly project updates.
As one possible topic for discussion, I would like to continue the
discussion of the lessons learned gleaned from your project de-briefings;
for example, how to move to a new project as your current project nears
completion. Related to that is a discussion among you regarding how to use
the transition period between projects - are there professional development
activities, other types of work that would help refresh and restore you as
project manager and the support you provide your team members? What
opportunities are there during this transition time?
Because of an extended ITLT meeting, I will not be able to join
you. Tim has kindly agreed to lead the service - so bring your hymnals!
