Hello,
This is a reminder that the next Project Team Leaders meeting will be Friday, November 3rd, from 10:15-noon in W92-225 (Downtown Crossing conference room). There will be food. The detailed agenda will follow next week, but, per the suggestion at the last meeting, a discussion of the definitions and roles of sponsor, stakeholders and champions of projects. There will also be an extended roundtable, and updates the new Operating Plan database and the updated Project Management web pages.
