Carl,
I'd like to suggest that the Gaps thing is being done so we can incorporate
it into our contract, not just what we would like to see down the line.
Secondly, I would like to be careful about using other libraries for what
Ex Libris can do for our staff. Time is money, and I think we have used
other libraries enough for these purposes. Let's aim at using Ex Libris to
do what they are there for. They have a training room and staff and
equipment that we can use and should for these purposes.
I would like to add that we are on schedule according to our time
table. There seems to be some misunderstanding about this from Ray, so for
the books ...
