Accomplishments Past Period:
-Conducted more interviews with key stakeholders to understand
requirements, constraints, concerns, etc.
-Developed scenarios on how a front-end for customer requests could work
- Reaffirmed previous realization that many of the stakeholders and
decision makers have different desired outcomes for this project and
opinions on how it relates to the bigger picture.
Goals for Next Period:
- Regroup. Do a scope check. Does the project's original limited scope
still make sense given what we have learned? We need to figure out how we
want to proceed given the various conversations to date and the various
possible directions we may be led into - either willingly or not.
Issues:
- The big ones have been identified above.
Team Dynamics:
- Okay, but concerned that the original time commitment estimate may no
longer be realistic.
