Accomplishments past period:
Deliverable 1: credit card processing software
- Continued discussions with vendor of current preferred product (the
fourth!) to discuss details of proposed beta, probe architecture details,
etc.
- Evaluated demo version of the software
Deliverable 2: catalog development tool
- Drafted requirements document based on focus group meeting with merchants
- Matched requirements to features of vendor products
- Solicited merchants' input on various products under consideration
Goals for the coming period:
Deliverable I
- Determine whether WebAuthorize will be our recommended product
- Check in with FSS to keep this project on their radar
Deliverable 2
- Collect team and merchants' feedback on products and agree on recommendation
