Accomplishments Past Period:
- Completed site visits to Temple and Drexel Universities
Philadelphia, both Innovative Interfaces sites, and Rutgers
University
(SIRSI). Both days were very informative and we were able to gather
enough information to allow us to narrow our field down to two
"finalists".
- Work on 2nd draft of the RFP in progress.
- Substantial progress has been made by the functional teams on
putting together the scenarios for the extended testing period.
Goals for the coming period:
- Finish 2nd draft of the RFP.
- Complete preliminary scheduling with vendors for extended
demos, our goal is to begin in April.
Key Learnings:
- Site visits have been extremely valuable in moving the
final selection process along.
