Good morning,
A reminder that Discovery Project Leaders, the Magellan list, will
meet tomorrow.
Beginning tomorrow, I am instituting a small 'clinic' agenda item
for each meeting. In this clinic, I'm asking the Project Leader for a
completed Discovery Project to talk with us about the experience, the
learnings, and the key issues / counsel that can be shared among all of us.
I'm thankful to Joanne Hallisey for being first up. She will talk
with us about her recently completed Discovery effort for Extended Voice
Directory Services. For background prior to Joanne's discussion with us,

Outcomes of this discussion will be shared knowledge, coaching
elements for colleagues, support for team leaders, and additional
motivation for your own particular projects.
