Accomplishments past period:

- Handed report to Janet Snover for further work
- Dan met with Sponsors

combined efforts of HR-Payroll project and Performance Consulting &

Goals for the coming period:

- Complete report
- Meet with Profs. Bob McKersie and Ed Schein to continue work on change
issues.
- Continue to work on project plan
- Move forward on next steps

Issues:

large, high-impact project requires total commitment and support from the
Institute.
- The transition from Discovery to Delivery for this project requires time,
alignment, identity, and patience. Everyone would like to move forward
quickly, but a lot of details need attention.

Key learnings
- Getting through the transition from recommending what we want to do to
actually getting that work underway is difficult.
