Accomplishments past period:
- Continued final report drafting, reviewing, editing, etc.
- Met with sponsors to discuss status, vendor issues and next steps
- Sought to formally separate two different, but related components of this
project:
a) the credit card processing piece, from b) the catalog development piece.
Both are within scope. By separating the two components, we feel we can
reduce confusion and expedite decision-making.
Goals for coming period:
- Have clear-cut plan with preferred vendor for credit card processing
component
- Clarify requirements for catalog development component and identify
product options
Issues:

- Vendors: can't live with them, can't shoot them.
