1 Meet with IS project sponsor
2 Attempt to determine where the Moira development -> operations situation is
3 Schedule final meeting (approx. mid-February) and celebration for project.
Accomplishments past period
- Met with IS project sponsor, who concurred with the sense that, Moira
production turnover notwithstanding, we're ready to declare the Delivery
project completed.
- No progress on assessment of Moira development -> operations situation
- No progress on scheduling final meeting (approx. mid-February)/celebration.
