Accomplishments past period:
-  Completed risk analysis task
-  Met again with Bob McKersie to continue discussions on managing the change
	process
-  Team members met with AO's & Asst. Dean in HASS
-  Drafted requirements for a new electronic form for the appointment
	process
-  Visited SAP in Waltham for an all day presentation on Nov. 17
-  Began to set times to meet again with AAC & Asst. Deans
-  Began to plan for meeting with ASPCC on Dec. 15

Goals for the coming period:

-  Complete risk analysis work
-  Continue working with Bob McKersie
-  Begin to work on a consolidated calendar for SAP HR-Payroll with FSS.
-  Continue work to define requirements for appointment process
-  Begin to define requirements for student payroll
-  Prepare materials for ASPCC meeting on Dec. 15

Issues:
- How to integrate a change process structure with the HR project. What are
the pieces of the change map?
- Continue to work on the task list for Discovery

Key learnings
- Keeping all of the components of the work in synch is intensive.
- Managing the change issues and the perspectives of central and
decentralized stakeholders will be critical to success.

Team dynamics:
- Team is very active and engaged; work on risk analysis was very productive.
