Good morning,
A meeting reminder for tomorrow - 1-2, N42.
I'd like to continue the exploration of issues that are part of
your bi-weekly reports.
For example, from the HR-Payroll work, we have an issue of how to
structure a change management plan to accompany the team's recommendations.
What is the role of the project leader, what skills are necesary for a
change plan, how is that integrated/sequenced with the other components of
the project?
