1 Reach consensus among UI prototypers on strawman, and show to team
2 Reach agreement among team that Strawman UI can go to developers for
discussion, feedback and adjustment
3 Contact small number of faculty to line up UI discussions
4 Continue work on outstanding issues where possible
5 Begin work on technical pieces based on UI and Moira-based design
6 Formally transition project into Delivery/Integration area
Accomplishments past period
- Completed first strawman UI, and gathered comments from team, and from
Dean's Office.
- Decided to take different approach to UI, and that work is underway.
- Established that access-controlled web server is probably going to be
ready by the end of September
- No action on #3, #6
Goals for the coming period
- Formally transition project into Delivery/Integration area
- Reach consensus among UI prototypers on strawman, and show to team

Additional comments
- My own time commitment to Grouper has dropped some due to new assignments.
I expect to still be able to devote 30-40% of my time to the project as
demanded.
- There are a number of issues that were raised in the Dean's Office that will
require a lot of discussion before we can go into production.
