Accomplishments past period:
- Continued discussions with key internal merchant groups
- Continued discussions with Open Market re: Transact product, including
detailed discussion regarding SAP integration
Goals for coming period:
- Wrap up remaining merchant group discussions and finalize requirements list
- Continue working with Open Market on solution space
- Collect remaining information from other qualified vendor contenders,
including SAP, and finalize vendor recommendation
- Set up meeting with sponsors
Issues:
- None
Key learnings:
- So far, the internal merchants are excited about this. There is great
value potential here.
- More time for research into electronic payment systems and banking
industry fundamentals at the beginning of the project would have been nice.
