Accomplishments past period
- Scheduled review of the Business Model with the Pismere Strategy Group
for Tuesday, Sept. 14 at 1:00 pm
- Agreed on the commitment path for the business model: following the
Strategy Group discussion, the model will go back to the focus group
participants who worked on the model, and will then be made available more
broadly.
Goals for the coming period
- Review the Business Model with the Pismere Strategy Group.
- Schedule a review with the focus group participants who contributed to
the model.
Issues: (Same as before)
- There is still the dependency based on the strategic path for Pismere; if
that path changes the business model will need to reflect that change.
- This business model is highlighting the need to revisit the Athena
business model to insure consistency and coherence for customers who may
choose mixed environments (Pismere and classic Athena).
Team dynamics:
- Almost time to celebrate!
