Accomplishments for the past period:
- performed more detailed follow-up with Syracuse & Stanford
- Greg drafted first draft of the Request For Services (RFS)
- held follow-up meeting with Emmons, Huxley, Kelley & Sage re
Postscript Pilot
- began writing the Business Analysis Report V.1
- scheduled product overview presentation with Cypress (scheduled for 6/29)
- sketched out project closure plans
- held informal heads-up meeting with Ferrara for the Delivery work ahead
- continued work on the Delivery work charter
- held focus group with Support team leaders
- requested follow-up meeting with R3-Admin (shooting for 7/12)
Goals for the coming period:
- work with Greg to finalize RFS and contact consultants
- purchase Postscript printer for pilot effort with CAO
- finish writing Business Analysis Report V.1
- finalize project closure plans (targeted content & sequencing)
- finalize delivery phase charter (carryover) & schedule more formal
meeting with Ferrara
- develop first draft of recommendations, guidelines & policies
Issues:

Key learnings:
Project closure will require a great deal of communicating.
Team dynamics:
Great. Team members are being pulled into other work. We'll need
to recommit ourselves to finish the project on schedule.
