Good afternoon,
Yesterday, we collected the following suggestions for agenda
discussion topics at future Magellan meetings. Our next scheduled meeting
is July 15. In the time before that meeting, I would appreciate
expressions of interest from you regarding which of these topics you would
like to pursue and any interest in helping to plan the agenda and frame the
discussion.

Thanks,

Greg

When Discovery? clarification: when is it appropriate, timely, logical to
invoke a Discovery project? The suggested work steps are to review the
current Discovery web pages and then to assess upgrades, changes, etc.

What does product life cycle mean / concurrent reengineering

Continuing discussions around the Discovery/Integration relationship

What projects fit into Discovery (e.g. departmental projects or
enterprise-wide)

Tutoring/coaching/nurturing Discovery participation

Forging agreements among Discovery, customers, and the work project

From this morning's joint team leaders meeting, I would like to add:

How to engage the Support perspective as early as possible or at the
appropriate points during a Discovery project?

Thanks, everyone, and have a good weekend.

Greg
