Meeting to discuss next steps has been scheduled
Team dynamics
Once we have finalized our report and our plans for summer and fall, we
should review our membership to determine whether the team includes all the
skills and expertise required for the next stage.
Additional comments
After Greg had had a chance to go over the report I'd like to meet with him
to be sure the team's recommendations are in keeping with his vision of the
project. I'm also going to ask our sponsor, Ginny Steel, to meet with the
team as a whole.
