Accomplishments for the past period:

  team leaders
- finalized outline for the business analysis report
- pinged Ivy+ re current & planned printing initiatives
- contacted consultant again for heads up on technology watch work
- followed up with vendor (Cypress) to request a product presentation

Goals for the coming period:
- work with Greg to finalize consultant RFP
- perform more detailed follow up with Yale, Syracuse & Stanford
- hold follow-up discussions to confirm Postscript pilot hardware with
  Emmons & Huxley (carryover)
- hold meeting with ASST to address Postscript pilot issues

- finalize delivery phase charter
- begin planning for reporting out and discovery project closure
- resolve SAC focus group cancellation with Chuck Shaw

Issues:
Given our charter change with less focus on distributed printing, we
need to resolve the amount of effort we spend identifying and
 evaluating options.

Team dynamics:
We're doing fine. Our sponsors have been more actively involved.
