Accomplishments past period:
- Finalized and published Team Charter
- Initiated discussions via e-mail with first possible solution.
Goals for the coming period:
- Review possible solutions
- Cost out Solutions
- Propose solution
Next community milestone:
None planned
Issues:
The expectation that a prototype can be established prior to the start of
the Fall Semester is highly unlikely, However, doing so during the Semester
is very feasible.
Key learnings:
- There are multiple projects that are beginning to overlap. Clarity on
each projects deliverables is essential.
Team dynamics:
We are attempting to meet via e-mail given the high number of existing
meeting schedules.
