Accomplishments in June
- Checked with Paul H. on Verity contract negotiations. The Verity
contract term ends in June 2004.
- Set up Google Appliance and began working with it.
-Anne reviewed the Google documentation
- Set up test collections on two types of accounts.
- Beginning to familiarize ourselves with the Search Appliance.
Goals for July
- Narrow down the data sets for existing search service.

Libraries
- Determine when 1 month of support begins
- Ask Google about SSL capacity for later use.
Ongoing tasks
- Review rules for existing search service
- Determine final definition for data sets for new service
- Define rules for new service
- Contact Resources to determine how to appropriately thank Google

- none scheduled
Issues
- until the contract with Google is executed, we cannot take delivery
or begin to test the Search Appliance
