I'm sorry to say that for the BETA5 distribution of Kerberos V5, the
developers did not have access to an SGI to do the necessary integration
of the vendor specific pty/tty handling code.
The good news, is that Sam Hartmans rewrote all that code into a new
library for beta 6 and which I believe he has tested on an SGI (running
at least 5.2). Beta 6 should hopefully be available soon...
