Hi Tom,
Actually as these are DNS requests for sub-domain delegations the form
should be owned by the Network Operations group. As part of the DART
transition last year we migrated the form and its Casetracker feed into
netreq with the help of Oliver Thomas and Theresa Regan. Please let me
know if you have any further questions.
