Hi Tom,

Thanks for getting back to me.  Per my previous email, I've uploaded 
a copy of the server directory to the is/dontindex directory, which 
is the standard operating procedure for reviewing a site of this 
size.  I'll work on drafts that you can review before they go live. 
If content changes need to be made to the live site while I'm 
editing, you can forward updates to me and I'll be sure to 
incorporate them into the drafts that I'm working on.

I'll begin working on standardizing the site today, and will continue 
next week.  I can have a status update to you by the end of the day 
on Tuesday, if that works for you. I'll be sure to let you know if 
anything needs to be done to the forms before editing anything.
