We will be meeting today from 1-2:20 in W20-PDR3
The Agenda I have so far:
Container Requests Form: Send mail to container-request not hesreq.
Container-request still goes to all of Ops. Jonathon W. can make the
call if all of Ops should stay on list.
Container Request forms to Hesreq issue. See above.
Container Requests coming into the Helpdesk (Weal) Brian will clarify
with Wael but Helpdesk should have users fill out the form.
Web Team review of pages: ISWEB will be asked to begin the review and
report back on recommendations. As long as Tim and Elise are talking our
interests should be represented.
XP SP2 Firewall: Breaks messaging but not crucial services in the
domain. But users will probably care. Also, firewall does not provide
much protection.
Richard and others will investigate how to have it turned off and come
back to Kakapo if it is an issue.
Brief discussion of External Review report. Will wait until everyone has
had an opportunity to see report before more detailed conversations.
ACL issues with MSI's. Chad and Richard will discuss and experiment with
how to address.
Richard, Paul, Qing looking into web page to track what licenses people
have paid for.
