accomplishments past period:
- led first casetracker reporting clinic on 1/9
- revised casetracker policies incorporating feedback from the
ct-lead meeting on dec. 5; currently under review by policy team
members
- communicated with sponsor about our proposed design/development next steps
- designed code changes, made database changes and began work on the
underlying code to the new case set functionality
- completed and published the category owners list
goals for coming period:
- write up testing scenarios and conduct usability testing on designs
for new case set functionality
- review options for replacing "freeze" date with a more coherent
and consistent way to handle this workflow management piece
- look into adding code that enables flexible sorting on case lists
that are the result of a search
- decide whether an article in is newsletter makes sense and if so,
what the spin might be
- begin thinking about phase 3 as completion of case sets will mark
the completion of phase 2
- decide if and when to hold the next ct-lead meeting, and possibly
another casetracker reporting clinic
