Accomplishments Past Period:
GovConnection:
- GovConnection resolved several of the remaining invoicing issues
Dell:
- Dell added Ship-To fields to their catalog. Additional changes may be
necessary to populate this information in the correct fields of the
OrderRequest
- Sent test orders to Dell. Dell responded with some requested changes,
most of which have been made.
- Continued to test connectivity between our server and Dell's
- Contacted Dell sales rep. to make various changes to the catalog.
PSB:
- Received and reviewed responses to RFP. Compiled responses and follow-up
questions.
- Created vendor comparison chart.
- Continued placing real orders via vendors' prototype sites. Goal is to
evaluate quality of printed products.
Grainger:
- Requested modifications to Grainger's OrderRequest format
Herman Miller:
- Herman Miller made most of the changes requested during training session
with Procurement and Facilities
Goals for Next Period:
GovConnection:
- GovConnection to get Apple products on catalog
Dell:
- Finalize XSLT for Orders
- Finalize formatting for OrderRequests
Grainger:
- Test Grainger's changes to OrderRequest formatting.
PSB:
- Answer all remaining questions from RFP
- Conclude live order testing from prototype site
- Work toward drafting recommendation, which will be presented to PSB Director
Next Community Milestone:
- Will be reached when we begin pilot testing vendor sites.
