      Accomplishments for February 2003


        General (Tom)

    * Revised pro forma spreadsheet showing how current EAST business
      fits with the draft business model.
    * Met with Esther Yanow and Steve Turner to discuss the role of EAST
      in the Parking Web project.


        Corporation Database (Jennifer Lu)

    * Tested the corpdb client application against both CORPDEV and
      CORPDB database instances after OS patch updates for the corpdb
      database server were finished.


        Coeus (Jennifer Lu)

    * Did the enhancement for merging temporary proposal logs created
      for negotiations and disclosures with institute proposals.
    * Fixed Phone field problem for Narrative module details edit in a MAC.
    * Changed validation rule on mailing address for EDI proposal.
    * Fixed nsf budget with multiple versions prints wrong quantity for
      persons.
    * Changed PI certification text for development proposals.
    * Fixed problem: If message during Bypass is more than 255
      characters long, application displays an error.
    * Fixed problem: Application displays an error while opening a
      disclosure associated to a temp proposal.


        Events Calendar

    * Developer documentation continued (Todd).
    * Progress toward forthcoming release (Todd).
    * Met with MIT Cable to discuss linkage (Todd and Tom).


      Goals for the Coming Period

    * New release of Events Calendar.
    * Application documentation.


      Community Milestones

    * *Next: *Create a packaged release of the Events Calendar
      application for distribution to eligible outside users and
      internal MIT users.
