Accomplishments for February
--------------------------------------
- Complete Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Hired student for loading data.
- Created policy for adding files to the Spatial Data Repository.
- Started to program the ArcGIS interface.
- Continue to load Marc Records into Barton.
- Finished SDS Administrators guide minus backup procedures.
- Worked on programmers guide to Geodata Search Tool.
- Continued loading data onto server.
- Create draft charge for GIS faculty advisory group.
Goals for March
--------------------------------------
- Final recommendations and project plan for authentication and users
accounts issues for the Spatial Data Repository.
- Determine what FGDC tags we want to go into the Marc conversion for
Connection.
- Write ACP proposal for test servers.
- Create new GIS software access pages.
- Send out invitations to join GIS Faculty Advisory Group.
- Finalize backup procedures.
- Program ArcGIS interface.
