Accomplishments in January 2002:
Continued planning the E19 reconstruction; construction of E19 5th floor
HVAC work, where ducts were run through floor 6 and 7 to the E19 roof, is
now complete; our switchroom reconstruction can now begin once the plans
are finalized;
Continued negotiations around final payments for Lucent Integration travel
and living expenses, and transportation costs;
Next Month's plan:
Finailize the redesign and construction plans for the E19's switchroom;
begin construction activities;
Meet with team members when Lu Keohane returns from medical leave to start
planning the training for the Operations team technicians. (e.g. 5E
architecture, maintenance, translations, DDM 2000 and other newly installed
equipment).
Begin compiling list of new features and prepare for discussion around
implementation;
Issues:
