Accomplishments in Jan
- Tuition Assistance went live in production.
- Completed the joint, campus and Lincoln, reporting requirements down to
the field level.
- Conversion team formed. Strategy document completed. Source of conversion
identified. Some conversion programming tasks assigned.
Goals for Feb
- Development of Tuition Assistance ESS.
- Complete detail design and business logic for Lincoln to campus data
exchange.
- Interfaces for HR go-live finalized and prioritized.
- Complete MITID interface.
- Complete design and development of Appointments for HR go-live.
Next Community Milestone
- Tuition Assistance ESS in March.
- Data validation of Cyborg data by DLC's starting in March.
- Pilot with 3 - 5 DLC's for capturing Research Affiliations in SAP HR.
Issues
- Scheduling a campus integration test along with supporting the project
testing prior to HR go-live.
