Although this is essentially a repeat of the above, for the sake of clarity
I would like to point out that LLNL (Lawrence Livermore) and LANL are both
DOE contractors. There is some programmatic funding which comes from DOD.
There was a time when LLNL was connected to Milnet, but that connection was
severed some years back.
