Ah come on Gordon - give us all a break - this is an issue that has
nothing to do with the list, it's something that must be worked out
between the adults concerned. It has no business on this list and esp,
for example, for European transit nets, (some US colleagues may feel
different and they can say so if desired - I doubt it but anyways.).
As always - you either peer or pay for what you want. Why make a big
deal about it or are you just not understanding how the system works ?
If you're bigger you can offer transit - if you're not hope to win the
lotterty - preferably once a week until your safe....
Transit agreements have existed from the start - so what's new.
