Well let me try again. Rick Adams said something to the effect that
aternet serves as a transit net to the CIX interconnect for four or five
cix members and that sprint does the same thing.
This is done to avoid a cix member having to install a LONG local loop
to the california interchange?? Presumably there is a charge for these
transit services? Would someone familiar with them please explain how
they work?
