According to Christopher Locke's recent posting, the implied connection
between IBJ and the other two journals is not there.
As I understood the offer, it WAS to the net at large. I requested a
sample of the IBJ and received it rapidly (as Smail goes), and I
subscribe to no internet type publications (yet)
