Then all the discussions with dozens of players about packet accounting?
The services which ANS offers are all based on flat-fee pricing.
On the other hand, it is quite possible that packet accounting
was brought up in discussions in the past -- I don't know.
The com-priv'ing of the Internet is new stuff and we are all taking
our first steps. The people at ANS have spent a considerable amount
of time and energy talking, listening, and exchanging thoughts and
ideas with the Internet community. I think this is reflected in the
services we offer.
Also please define "enterprise".
ANS refers to direct customer attachments (i.e. retail connections)
as "enterprise attachments".
