Nobody asked me, but I think the Internet ought to supply video services
too. If you don't think that can be done over IP, talk to a company
called Palaver Systems in Columbus, Ohio. Just data networking, while
a nice start, is not the whole picture in education. Video has its place.
I'd rather see the telcos do videos than the cable network people. At
least we sorta know how to hook up to the telco technology.....
