NEARnet has not signed an agreement with ANS for commercial use. Dialog's use
of the Internet became "OK" when their network was reclassified from RE to
CO (in ANS' terms). Do not take the previous statement as an endorsement of
that action by either me personnally or by NEARnet, it is merely a statement of
historical event.
