 Richard.... I certainly don't know telestrategies well but from what I 
 know about their conference the target market is the fortune 1,000 *NOT* 
 academia.  Therefore the HIGH price.
 
 I can't find the earleir posting that streamed buy and said something 
 about nearnet signing an agreement with ANS for commercial use and thus 
 Dialog became OK.  Is this accurate?  Or like my recollection of Jim 
 Bruce's remark is it a little blurred by the rush of events?
