Wow....someone would have appeared to have dropped the ball on that one,
Dave. (The massive K-12 telecom project explained earlier today by Dave
Hughes.)
Makes me wonder several things?
1. who are the pre-proposal reviewers and what is their level of
understanding of what is at issue?
2. one might question the intent, but
3. is the intent good and the process somehow flawed?
I imagine Senator Gore would be kind of upset if he realized how this one
were fumbled. Cause, jeez if that would help get those little girls on
the net to do their dinosaur research, I don't know what would.
