EDS has produced a CD-ROM with about 12,000 Software Patents on it (more than
you would find by using the USPTO's classification scheme). I won't post the
ad here, but I know several people on this list follow software patents and
thought they would be interested in this. The ad has been sent to
comp.newprod, biz.misc, and biz.comp.software. You can also send mail to
spo_info@spo.eds.com if you can't get it any other way.
If you used the free patent search mail server that EDS made available a
couple weeks ago, you should get a copy of the ad via email.
Also, if anyone knows of an FTP or Web site where it would be appropriate
to store the advertisement, let me know.
