When the user doesn't read the reply you've sent, you have a couple of
choices. If the user is logged in, you can try to resolve the question
without further information, or you can put the question in the pickup queue.
If the user is logged out, PLEASE SEND MAIL. Don't let the question molder
in the pickup queue - the user may never think to enter olc again to get his/
her answer! You can send mail, and you can even mark the question done if
you think it is resolved.
For those of you new to olcr, just type 'mail' at the olcr prompt, and then
edit the unseen messages, or compose your own, accordingly.
