I am going to assume for now that the problem you had with "inc" on
podge is due to the disk problems on that machine, since I was having
similar problems on the machine earlier today that I am fairly certain
were due to disk errors.
If it happens again on another machine, or if happens again on podge
after it's fixed, please report it to bugs again.
