PLEASE send unrelated bug reports in separate messages in the future.
Your bug with sendbug is not a bug. Sendbug uses MH, which means that
it uses the editor in your .mh_profile file, in this case,
emacsclient.
Whether or not sendbug should be using MH is another issue entirely.
But, in any case, the program is behaving as intended.
As for your other bug, I will file it. We will have to ask DEC why
the function isn't declared properly in math.h....
