Actually, the documentation should probably be updated to reflect that
"aklog" is also called for determining the Zephyr host subscriptions.
That is why you got the error.
If I remember correctly, it is ALWAYS called to determine the associated
hosts of an "attach" to put into attachtab. It is, however, called with
different arguments if Zephyr subscriptions are desired, or
authentication is desired.
